Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years.

What started as a simple physical practice gradually became something much deeper, supporting me through my years working in fast-paced, international environments and shaping the way I relate to myself and to life.

Today, I share this practice through classes and experiences designed to feel accessible, grounded, and meaningful. Creating spaces where you can build a more balanced and sustainable way of living.

Having lived and worked across different countries, I care deeply about creating a sense of connection and community- spaces where you can feel at ease, supported, and free to be yourself.
